Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges:

– Due to the nature of this small business and our product creation, ALL SALES ARE FINAL

– Please be sure to select the correct size from our size chart.

– Ellemelange is not responsible for exchanging  orders that do not fit perfectly as a result of the customer submitting the wrong size. 

 

Returns:

– Items can be returned for store credit unless there is faults by Ellemelange.

1. Incorrect orders
2. Damage orders

– We are happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This apply to any item despatched to us within 7 business days of receipt by you.

– Any signs of wear or damage that is not at fault of Ellemelange will lead to the return request being denied.
